I love to eat tasty meat from animals thats for sure. I really can’t stand those idiots that care more about animals than humans… People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals… Ugh, they are the other “ELF” on the left.

The extreme left is at it again. We all know Peta is an extremist organization. They will stop at nothing to prevent humans from living life. Just as if they want to prevent Gabriel Saez, jockey of 2nd place Kentucky Derby finisher Eight Belles, to make a living. The organization that is suppose to know so much about animals is placing blame on a person who had nothing to do with the death of a great filly.
I am an avid horseracing fan, and I follow the sport religiously. I cheered when Big Brown crossed the finish line and shed a tear when Eight Belles collapsed. The same thing happened in 2006 when Barbaro won the Kentucky derby then had a tragic injury in the Preakness. I have picked the correct winner of the derby for the 3rd straight year in 2008. I handicap races and go to racetracks such as Thistledown and Mountaineer. I know horses and I know horseracing.
Peta said jockey Gabriel Saez, “whipped her (Eight Belles) mercilessly as she came down the final stretch†What they fail to tell you is, Saez whipped Eight Belles to keep her off the rail. If Saez had not done it, she would have toppled over the rail putting himself and the horse at risk of serious injury. Mercilessly… hardly! Peta wants this heroic jockey banned from the sport for a year.
So let me get this straight… Peta wants a man to stop making a living because the horse he rode was injured. Hey, ban any athlete who accidentally injures someone from his or her sport for a year. Ohh wait, Peta does not care about humans. That’s why they would rather this jockey live on the streets.
We here on the blog defend Gabriel Saez and want to reward him on winning the Kentucky Oaks the day before and finishing 2nd in the Derby on Saturday. He is an amazing jockey, and will go down as one of the all-time greats. He will continue to be a jockey that I am confident ridding one of the horses I wager.
Now this part will make you laugh. Peta is offering these humorous suggestions to the racing committee.
- Delay training until a horse is 3. (NOT GONNA HAPPEN)
- Eliminate racing on dirt. (That and eliminating dirt on a baseball field sound realistic)
- Ban whipping. (hahaha good one)
- Suspend jockeys who ride horse who are injured. (So once again send more humans starving on the street)
So now you can see it. Peta has no idea of reality. Peta called the sport of horseracing a “cruel sport.†Only in America can horses live better than humans. Only in America can animals be looked at as bigger superstars than humans. Only in America would a liberal organization complain about it.
So now, you see. Peta would rather humans live on the street and go jobless for a year than animals. Typical liberals, they have a skewed perception of reality. Rest in peace Eight Belles! She was a great horse and will go down as one of the best. Gabriel Saez… you can be the jockey on any horse I bet any day of the week. As for Peta, your efforts will once again fail.
God Bless the Kentucky Derby, may this horse race go on for another 130 years the way it is. On dirt, with 3 year olds and with the whip coming out down the stretch.

I once saw a copy that had a lady standing in a 50’s style dress standing over a white rabbit squirting blood with a butcher knife and hideous smile on her face and the caption says YOUR MOMMY KILLS RABBITS FOR FUR COATS!
